The Delhi Capitals will host the Chennai Superkings at the Feroz Shah Kotla on 26th March 2019.

Both the teams have started on a positive note by winning their opening matches. The Capitals beat the Mumbai Indians on the road, whereas the Super Kings routed the Royal Challenger Bangalore at home in their first game.

The pitch at Feroz Shah Kotla is suitable for the team bowling first as dew factor comes into play at later stages of the game. The track is expected to be similar to the previous season and will be a delightful batting surface.

 Delhi Capitals

The Delhi Capitals are brimming with confidence after they outscored the MI on Sunday. The match witnessed an absolute masterpiece from the Wicket-keeper batsman, Rishabh Pant who destroyed MI’s bowling attack and helped his team put up a mammoth total of 213 runs. The game also saw some handy knocks from Shikhar Dhawan(43 runs) and Colin Ingram(47 runs) depicting the excellent form of DC’s batsmen.

The Capitals managed to defend the total with the help of some excellent bowling by Kagiso Rabada and Ishant Sharma who took timely wickets to ensure a comfortable victory for the Delhi Capitals

DC probable XI:

Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Shreyas Iyer, Colin Ingram, Rishabh Pant, Keemo Paul, Axar Patel, Rahul Tewatia, Trent Boult, Ishant Sharma, Kagiso Rabada.

Chennai Superkings

Just like the Capitals, the Super Kings also won their opener by defeating the Royal Challengers Bangalore in a low scoring game. With an action-packed performance by the CSK’s spinners, the RCB’s squad could manage only 70 runs.

Harbhajan Singh and Imran Tahir took some quick wickets on the surface suitable for spinners. Ravindra Jadeja joined the feast and troubled RCB batsmen and also took two wickets. These players will be eying another excellent game tonight.

CSK probable XI:

Shane Watson, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Kedar Jadhav, Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni, Dwayne Bravo, Harbhajan Singh, Imran Tahir, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur

Dream 11 Predictions:

Match Prediction

The previous records give the Super Kings an edge tonight. However, this Capitals team is full of young guns who are hungry to make a mark at this level of cricket.

I am going against the odds and giving this one to the Capitals.
