Harrison Barnes was sent to the Sacramento Kings by the Dallas Mavericks while was sitting on the bench during the match against the Charlotte Hornets.

According to sources, the Sacramento Kings plan to keep Barnes for a long term and give stability to their young squad by introducing an experienced player like him.

However, how the trade underwent was not well received by a lot of people in the organisation. One of them was Lebron James, who went on Instagram to express his views against the manner in which the trade went down.
Below is what he said on his Instagram post:
“So let me guess this is cool cause they had to do what was best for the franchise right???
(They) traded this man while he was literally playing in the game and had ZERO idea. I’m not knocking who traded him because it’s a business and you have to do what you feel what’s best, but I just want this narrative to start to get REAL/CHANGE.”

Barnes had won an NBA championship in 2015 when he was with the Golden State Warriors. He played with Andrew Bogut in those days, who also expressed his concerns about the trade on Twitter.

Whatever the other players feel, Barnes expressed none such concerns and being a gentleman, thanked the Mavericks’ organisation, his teammates and the fans through a Twitter post.
